Greene Hill Food Co-op Bylaws Recommendations

After receiving input from the General Meeting and the Steering Committee, we have compiled the following recommendations for GHFC’s bylaws. The Governance Committee will take comments and questions on these recommendations for the next two weeks and ask for a vote of confidence from the membership at the next General Meeting on August 10^th. The recommendations will then be sent to our attorneys, who will advise us of any necessary additions or changes and draft the official document.
